Helene has been a massage therapist for over 20 years, and is certified in oncology massage. She will customize your massage based on your needs, and focus on your areas of concern using deep, therapeutic techniques. She also offers lymphatic drainage for swelling due to an injury, LED (light therapy) for an area that needs a little extra attention, and hot stone, or foot reflexology add-ons. Helene is also passionate about teaching massage therapy to new therapists, which she has been doing for the past 5 years. Helene offers a Reflexology with foot scrub or hot stone add-on.

She specializes in deep, therapeutic massage and works with those in chronic pain or recovering from injury, as well as athletes and weekend warriors. She is certified in Neuromuscular Cupping, and also offers the hot stone add-on. Her goal is to keep you moving!

Serene is both a massage therapist and a yoga instructor. She received 770 hours of massage therapy training in 2017 and has since worked with anyone from carpenters to circus performers. She is dedicated to supporting the functional movement of her clients as they move through their workday. She enjoys collaborating with clients on how they can best perform their jobs pain-free, while improving mobility, posture, and healing overuse injuries. Her techniques include deep tissue, myofascial release, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF). She also incorporates breathwork and meditation to facilitate healing and release anatomical trauma from the nervous system. Serene is dedicated to providing comprehensive care based on the needs of each individual client while supporting their journey to mind/body balance. Serene offers the hot stone add-on.
